You've got nail polish remover on your laptop keyboard?

Well firstly, what are you even doing with liquids near your laptop..

Not so wise, my dear.

Secondly.. It is not a stain, the remover has REMOVED (thus the name) some of the finish on your keys.

So....

You have to re-finish them or buy a new keyboard.

To refinish them take clear nail polish and some nail polish thinner and mix it, then paint your keys.
