should i keep the polish on for a week and then remove it?
After removing the nail polish, how long should i go without painted nails before i paint them again?How often should I remove nail polish?
I do one week on, one day off. I find if I leave it on longer then that then they start to dry out and break. Make sure you are using a good base coat and top coat.
