How do you remove dried nail polish from the carpet?

To remove carpet stains caused by nail polish, just use nail polish remover! Pour onto a cotton ball or clean cloth and blot until the polish has disappeared. Blot again with clean water to remove all residue. Remember, when cleaning carpet stains, especially those made by nail polish, it's important to blot. Don't rub or the nail polish will spread. How do you remove dried nail polish from the carpet?
dont do what every one has been suggesting.. you will ruin the carpet at least the color... there is a product it uses banana oil to break down oil. you can find it at home depot sorry i dont remember the name but if you leave me an offline i can get it for you. it really works....How do you remove dried nail polish from the carpet?
nail polish remover is the best idea ever.
Nail polish remover would be my guess. I don't think it will change your carpet color, but I would do a test spot just to be sure.
That's a tough one.The only way to remove it is to get a magnifying glass, get right down on it with a small pair of manicure scissors, and cut it out fiber by fiber.Hopefully,it is not in a prominent place.Otherwise, you will have a hard time getting it out once it is dry.Sorry!
try goo gone
